RSM is one of the leading producers of round and deformed bars, wire rods and galvanized steel sheets and coils in conformance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS), Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) which are well accepted by the consumers both lacal and overseas.

Steel Bar & Wire Rod Production

RSM Rolling mill can produce standard construction steel bar (both round and deformed bar) from size 6 mm. to 52 mm. in diameter (grade: SR24, SD30, SD40 and SD50).

RSM can produce standard wire rod from diameter of 5.5 mm. up to 19 mm. for low, medium, high carbon and special grade. The Rolling mill machine is mainly imported from Danieli, Italy which is one of the most well - known steel machinery manufacturer of the world. In the same time, the electrical equipments are fully automatic by Ansaldo, Danieli Automation and Siemens.

Galvanized Steel Products

         The Continuous galvanizing line is galvanizing process that includes hot dipped continuous non-oxidizing and in line annealing processes with both machinery and technology from Nippon Steel Corporation, the leading manufacturer in the world. The line can produce galvanized steel sheets and coils with the thickness of 0.20 mm. to 1.20 mm. and the width from 575 mm. to 1,225 mm. in conformance with Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).

Furthermore, our new technology of zero spangle can be used in color coating applications which required special attention in appearance and can be used as a substitution for electro-galvanized steel sheets and coils.
